We want you to be delighted with your handcrafted furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Window
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package the item carefully using the original packaging if possible
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
- Free return shipping for damaged or incorrectly described items
- For other returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Furniture returns may incur a return shipping fee of $50-$200
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Items that have been modified or altered after delivery
